Our mission is to provide quality, patient-centered medical care for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of digestive diseases. We serve all who have a need in a courteous, efficient, and compassionate manner. Our practice reflects state-of-the-art medical expertise and an integrated team approach to health care delivery.
We are affiliated with Martha Jefferson Hospital, a 175-bed community hospital that was founded in 1903 by seven local physicians interested in providing quality healthcare to the residents of Charlottesville.
Charlottesville Gastroenterology Associates offers our patients the opportunity to receive monitored anesthesia care during their office-based procedures. Monitored anesthesia is a deeper level of sedation that provides a greater standard of comfort during procedures such as colonoscopy and upper endoscopy. This service is also offered at Martha Jefferson Hospital through our affiliation with Albemarle Anesthesia. We are committed to your comfort and safety and are happy to discuss all of your options for endoscopic services and procedural sedation. Please call today!
