When you or your primary care physician’s office calls to make an appointment, we will do everything possible to see you promptly. Please remember that it is your responsibility to obtain a referral from your primary care physician if your insurance requires this. New patients will receive forms in the mail, or by web download, before the visit. Please complete these forms before your appointment and bring them with you along with your insurance card and all of your medications on the day of your appointment. Also, if indicated, please have your previous medical records forwarded to our office before your appointment. On the day of your visit, plan to arrive 30 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork. If you are scheduled for a medical procedure, you can receive preparation instructions by mail or web download. We perform many endoscopic procedures in our office including upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, and hemorrhoid treatment by banding.

Office visits are scheduled in our upper-level clinic. Procedures are scheduled on the lower level in our Digestive Care Center. Please check your paperwork for the correct location of your appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment:

Please call at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other patients who need to be seen. After hours, you may cancel your appointment by leaving a message with our answering service which is available 24 hours a day at (434) 817-8484.
